Basic Web Support Plan

Description

• regular website maintenance throughout the year on a monthly basis
• checking basic website functions (to prevent errors over time)
• content updates as agreed with the client (with at least 48 hours notice before intervention)
• maximum number of updates: 4 per year

Note: Alternatively, the client can choose this plan for a single web intervention in the absence of a regular annual support contract (SUBJECT TO QUOTE VERIFICATION).

Note 2: A single update is defined as inserting a banner, creating one or more products (maximum 3 product pages), and/or any kind of website update that doesn’t require more than 48 hours of work.
