NW Quick FAQ makes frequently asked questions easier to manage on WordPress websites. Prepare your content in a CSV file, organise it into collections and publish it with NW FAQ Accordion for Elementor.
It is designed for those who want to update FAQs without editing every answer in the page layout: texts are managed via CSV, while the design remains under Elementor’s control.
Simple imports, organised updates
Each FAQ is identified by a unique ID within the collection. By reusing the same ID, you can update questions and answers without creating duplicates. Before confirming the import, a preview allows you to check changes. FAQs omitted from the file are preserved.
Multiple languages in the same CSV
Add a pair of question/answer columns for each language, keeping the same ID. In the widget, you can choose a specific language, use the collection’s default, or enable detection via WPML or Polylang. An option allows you to show default content when a translation is missing.
Customizable design with Elementor
Adapt the accordion to the site style through controls for typography, colors, backgrounds, spacing, borders, icons, and responsive settings. Choose whether to allow opening only one answer at a time or multiple answers simultaneously.
Answers with formatting and links
Answers support allowed HTML for paragraphs, lists, bold, italic, and web, email, and phone links. Links must be inserted with the relative HTML tag: email addresses and URLs written as plain text are not automatically converted.

Requirements: WordPress 6.6 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and Elementor 3.26 or later, Free or Pro, to use the widget. Import management is also available without Elementor.
