Forms, requests and Google Sheets in one plugin

NW Quick Form lets you build custom forms right from the WordPress dashboard, collect every request in a single place and send it automatically to Google Sheets. It can also act as a collector for forms you already have, built with Contact Form 7 or Elementor Pro.

Key features

• Native form builder: text, email, phone, number, date, dropdown, radio, checkboxes, textarea, headings and paragraphs, with required fields and “show only if” conditional logic.
• Arrival/departure calendar: a date-range field with minimum/maximum nights and a minimum lead time, also validated on the server. Ideal for hotels, restaurants, spas and day passes.
• Contact Form 7 and Elementor Pro capture: all requests in one place.
• Google Sheets sync: instant push with automatic retry on failure; dates become separate, filterable columns (arrival, departure, nights).
• Per-form email notifications: custom recipients, subject and message, with conditional routing (e.g. “if the topic is Spa, also send to spa@…”).
• Customer confirmation email, optional and customizable.
• Request management: statuses, internal notes, a detail page for each submission, CSV export.
• Built-in anti-spam: honeypot, fill-time check and per-IP rate limiting.
• Import/export forms as JSON, including overwriting an existing form, and one-click duplication.
• Multilingual: admin in English, Italian and Spanish; form calendar and messages also in French.

Privacy and GDPR

• Consent proof stored with every submission (text shown, privacy link, date and time, language).
• Integration with the WordPress tools to export and erase personal data.
• Optional limited retention: automatically delete requests older than N days.

Note: erasing data does not automatically remove rows already copied to Google Sheets.

Updates and license

Includes a license you activate from the plugin panel, with updates delivered directly inside WordPress.

Requirements

Up-to-date WordPress and PHP. Sync requires a Google service account with access to your spreadsheet.
